A business that provides holistic therapies has found peace of its own through opening a new complementary therapy practice.
Julia Archer, who has worked as a holistic therapist for nine years, has opened up her own practice situated at Coinage Ope in Coinagehall Street.
Helston Holistic Therapies promotes wellbeing and holistic health through a wide range of treatments including holistic massage, facial massage, reiki and pregnancy massage with a speciality in fertility and maternity reflexology.
Julia said: “I feel very privileged to be part of a couple’s journey to start a family. To see the whole process from conception to birth and to finally meet the baby is such a wonderful experience. I love to teach the new mother a few simple baby reflexology techniques to help with colic or a cold and what better way to relax and bond with your baby.”
Julia also helps women with menopausal symptoms and teenage girls with hormonal imbalances and mood swings.
She said: “It’s such a fantastic treatment as it helps all sorts of ailments from stress to back problems and digestive issues.”
Julia is also looking for further therapists to join her in her new venture.
