A former journalist from the Lizard has launched her debut novel at the London Piccadilly branch of Waterstones.
Fiona Perrin has published The Story After Us, a romantic comedy of life and love “for modern women everywhere”.
The new work has received a good response and described as “Everything you’d want in a book, there’s realism, humour, happiness and sadness, and above all, hope”.
Fiona said: “I wanted to write grown-up commercial fiction about messy, modern love and families, with all their heartbreak, humour and hope. It’s so exciting to see people reading my book, and great to read reviews. I’d love to hear what people think; the easiest way to help it become a bestseller is to leave a short review on Amazon. The Kindle edition is on special offer and free on some devices now.”
