Chris said: “Growing up in a family of butchers it was only natural that I would enter the profession and it is great to be joined by Curtis and Justine who as well as learning the traditions of the trade, also bring modern fresh ideas into the business.”
As well as being known as leading suppliers to the local catering trade, the shop boasts a busy local trade with hundreds of people walking through the door each week to take home fresh meats.
All produce is locally sourced, with the names of their trusted suppliers displayed on a board inside the shop, many of who they have been working with for many years.
