Visitors to The National Trust’s Godolphin Estate are invited to take part in a walk with a difference.
People of all ages are invited to cast off their footwear and take part in a barefoot stroll up Godolphin Hill. The walk will be a chance to tantalise toes with an array of textures and enjoy the surrounding views. A local barefoot podiatrist will also be available to talk about the benefits of barefoot walking.
The event takes place from 10am to 1pm on May 31 at the reception building at the Godolphin Estate in Godolphin Cross near Helston. Booking is essential for the walk and can be made on 01736 761013. Dogs on leads are also welcome.
